Refund policy

We hope you are excited about your purchase of ScoreBox21 and enjoy it for many years. However, if you would like to return your product for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy to anyone meeting these criteria:

• The product was purchased directly from ScoreBox21.
• The product is unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
• The product is in the original packaging.
• The purchaser still has the original dated sales receipt.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund. If you purchased your ScoreBox21 through a different retailer, please reach out to them to inquire about their return policy.
